When it comes to choosing a fitness coach, it can feel like stepping into a crowded room where everyone’s shouting their version of the “right way” to train, eat, and live. It’s noisy out there—full of quick fixes, bootcamp vibes, and transformation promises that often miss the most important part of the process: you. Your body, your story, your healing, your goals.
I don’t believe in slapping a program onto your life and hoping it sticks. I believe in coaching that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward with purpose. My background is in athletic training; I’ve got the degree and the years of study behind me. I understand the body, how it moves, how it breaks down, and how it rebuilds. So when I coach, it’s not guesswork or internet trends. It’s science-backed, thoughtfully programmed, and tailored to the person in front of me—not some imaginary “ideal client.”
That said, knowledge alone doesn’t make a coach worth following. What makes a coach impactful is the ability to see the human behind the fitness goals. I’ve lived through some heavy things. Trauma changed my relationship with my body, my sense of safety, and my sense of self. Therapy helped me reconnect—not just mentally and emotionally, but physically too. It taught me to treat strength as a form of healing, not punishment. That experience lives at the heart of how I coach. It’s why I pay attention to your energy, not just your output. Why I care how you feel, not just what you lifted or how many macros you hit.
My style is direct but never demeaning. I’m no bullsh*t—I won’t sugarcoat what needs to be done—but I will never bulldoze your boundaries or ignore what your body is telling us. I’ll challenge you because I believe in your potential, but I’ll also remind you to rest when rest is what’s needed. I hold high standards, not for the sake of perfection, but because I want you to experience the pride of truly showing up for yourself. And if you’re someone who’s used to shrinking to fit into someone else’s expectations—this will feel different. Because here, we expand.
I am not the coach for everyone. If you’re looking for someone to scream in your face, demand “no excuses,” or shame you into compliance, I’m not your girl. But if you want a coach who listens deeply, programs intentionally, and walks beside you—not in front of you—on your path to strength, then I might be exactly who you’ve been looking for.
Fitness is a powerful tool for transformation, but it’s not magic. It’s consistency. It’s trust. It’s learning to keep showing up, even when it’s messy. And it’s a whole lot easier to do that when you’re working with someone who truly sees you. If you’re ready to explore what that looks like, I’d be honored to guide you.
