Hi! I’m Haley – a 31-year-old mom juggling a newborn, a 5-year-old, three amazing step-kids, and over 20 animals! I spend most of my time outdoors and admittedly, a little too much time with horses. I am originally from a small town and graduated from Plymouth State with a degree in Athletic Training.
I spent over 1200 clinical hours working with various sports teams for my undergrad. I learned how to prevent, treat, and rehab numerous athletic injuries. After moving to Colorado in 2016 I worked with the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders as a personal trainer before I was hired as an Exercise Specialist at Atlas Physical Therapy. At the same time I integrated bodybuilding into my life, competed in the NPC, and placed top 5 in multiple shows over the course of 5 years.
By combining the knowledge I gained in my undergrad, my experience in the clinic, and my competitive edge in bodybuilding, I found a passion for helping people understand how essential it is to move and fuel your body, and how to use these concepts to transform not only your body but your entire life. With this I am able to blend my expertise in fitness with real-world experience, crafting tailored programs that work for YOU, no matter your schedule or lifestyle.
This is where the idea of “Momma Muscles” was born. Because let’s face it – life is hectic. Between kids, animals, and everything else on your plate, the last thing you need is another source of stress. But here’s the thing: fitness doesn’t have to be stressful. I’ve learned how to balance it all, and I’m here to show you that even on your busiest days, you can still show up for yourself.
In my world, it’s not about spending hours at the gym. It’s about being efficient with the time you do have—making every rep count. To do that, you’ll need four things: direction, motivation, accountability, and most importantly… me.
Let’s make fitness something you look forward to, not something you dread. Together, we can get you where you want to be and uncover the best version of yourself!
