If something doesn’t quite work out, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable coaching programs, workout plans, eBooks)
  • Coaching packages or sessions (once started or used)
  • Perishable items such as supplements, protein powders, or consumables (if opened)
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items once opened
  • Sale items or promotional products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

  • Supplements or gear with clear signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery (if approved under special circumstances)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] for instructions and the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] for the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For higher-priced items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
